The agreement, signed by Carlos Laviada, representing LIDAX GRP, and Ana Manzanares, representing GLS, reaffirms both companies’ commitment to innovation and joint development of projects that boost competitiveness in key sectors. This strategic alliance focuses on generating synergies that promote growth and technological leadership.
An alliance with complementary capabilities
GLS brings to the agreement its extensive experience in optical design and engineering, photonic and optical product development, definition of module integration procedures, and sensor and measurement characterization. In addition, it has a strong network of collaborations with universities, R & D centers and companies in the field of Science, Defense and ICTs.

Highlights its ability to develop complex optical and thermal control systems for high thermal and mechanical stability.

You are supported by its extensive experience in systems engineering and consortium management for the development of products that offer high-impact solutions and facilitate their subsequent commercialization.
