Environmental testing, cryogenic testing, bake-out, and leak detection
OUR FACILITIES INCLUDE:
ISO 5 and ISO 7 Clean Rooms
Our controlled environments comply with the strict ISO 14644 standards, ensuring exceptional contamination control conditions, both molecular and particulate, for optical and opto-mechanical integration processes.
- Optical Metrology Laboratory
- Our laboratory within the clean room is equipped with high-precision metrology systems and interferometers for comprehensive optical measurements in a controlled environment.
- Advanced Inspection Systems
- We use a CMM 3D coordinate measuring machine in ISO 7, UV inspection systems, and digital microscopes to ensure precise quality control of opto-mechanical systems.
- Particle Cleaning
- We use state-of-the-art particle cleaning processes to guarantee the complete removal of contamination, both at the molecular and particulate level. We eliminate contamination while ensuring the integrity and optimal performance of your equipment.

- Vacuum ovens: We offer bake-out services to remove volatile organic compounds (outgassing) from components designed to operate in vacuum conditions. Our processes comply with stringent ECSS standards for optical, electronic, and optoelectronic systems and are performed in ISO 7 and ISO 5 cleanrooms, ensuring maximum cleanliness and performance of your components.
- Cryostat: Our cryostat enables precise testing at cryogenic temperatures. With a temperature range of 20 to 300 Kelvin, two optical windows, and a 300 x 300 mm test volume, it provides the ideal environment to simulate real-world conditions for component testing.
- Gas Leak Test Laboratory: Our laboratory is equipped with a sophisticated helium leak detection system, with a sensitivity of up to 10-9 mbar·l/s. This system allows us to identify and measure gas leaks in complex equipment and systems operating under vacuum conditions at various temperature ranges (-50°C to 200°C). Our leak test detection service is ideal for detecting even the smallest leaks in vacuum systems, ensuring their hermeticity and performance.

Integrated Center for Environmental Testing
- Mechanical testing (vibration and shock):Our expertise extends to environmental testing to qualify and validate components in vibration (sine and random) and shock environments. We support you throughout all phases of testing, from analyzing requirements and defining the test plan and procedure to installation, execution, result reporting, and correlation of the mathematical model (FEM).
- Thermal Testing (Thermal Cycling and Thermal Balance): We offer comprehensive thermal testing solutions that can include thermal vacuum cycling (TVAC) and thermal vacuum balance testing (TVTB), simulating the space environment for the qualification and validation of complete equipment and systems. Tailoring our approach to our customers' specific needs, we oversee all phases of testing, from requirements review and analysis to test planning and procedures, coordinating execution and delivering final results reports.
