Company specialized in the development of opto-mechanical, thermal, and cryogenic systems. We manage the entire production cycle, from design to delivery, creating advanced instruments used in the space sector and in terrestrial research facilities.
SISTAM
SISTAM is the first advanced and portable NDT system for deep inspection aimed at detecting corrosion in civil infrastructure. SISTAM will enable public organizations responsible for managing critical infrastructure, as well as operators, construction companies, concessionaires, and engineering firms, to optimize their operations and reduce maintenance, preservation, and rehabilitation costs.

Business leader in the aerospace engineering sector.

With more than 30 years of experience in the space sector, he began his career as a mechanical engineer at INTA, working on space missions such as INTEGRAL.
In 2000, together with his partner, he founded LIDAX Ingeniería S.L., where he held key roles including Commercial Director, Financial Director, and General Director.
In 2023, he delegated the general management of LIDAX Ingeniería to Stefano Li Bassi in order to create the entities NeutroXplore S.L. and LIDAX Group S.L., which acts as the holding company of the group.
From LIDAX Group, he coordinates the strategy of the companies, assuming their financial leadership and consolidating the group’s position to drive innovation, growth, and investment toward new horizons.
Jesús Aivar, SISTAM, Managing Director:
Industrial Engineer
Master’s Degree in International Business Management.
Since 2007, he has worked in project management and R&D programs, first in the aeronautical sector and later in the aerospace sector.
Since joining LIDAX Ingeniería in 2010, he has been responsible for business development and has served as an R&D project manager in several developments with the European Space Agency and the European Union, later becoming Commercial Director.
In 2023, he was appointed Managing Director of the startup SISTAM, where he continues to promote innovation projects in collaboration with R&D centers, strengthening the company’s capabilities in electro-optical systems engineering, their development, and the commercialization of complete systems.
With more than 18 years of experience, Jesús brings a combination of technical and management skills to achieve strategic objectives, with SISTAM currently being the company’s most important project.
Javier Martínez, LIDAX Ingeniería Managing Director

Javier Martínez has more than 25 years of professional experience in industrial and technological environments, with extensive expertise in the aerospace sector and in highly complex industrial contexts.
Throughout his career, he has led technology organizations, managed multidisciplinary teams, and directed complex programs in international environments, particularly focusing on the industrialization of advanced technologies and the transformation of R&D activities into commercially competitive products.
In his role, Javier Martínez is responsible for leading the company’s global strategy, driving the development of business lines, operational efficiency, and the evolution of LIDAX in an increasingly demanding technological and programmatic environment.
Mayte López, General Administrative and Talent Manager:
Mayte plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company and fostering a talented and dedicated team.
She holds a degree in Chemical Sciences from the University of Alcalá (UAH) and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from CEF.
Mayte has diverse experience in the industrial sector, having previously worked at Unilever and Wyeth Pharma in product control roles.
She later joined LIDAX with more than 25 years of experience as Head of Talent and General Administration, and she is currently a partner of LIDAX Group and Head of the People & Culture area.
Her solid academic background and extensive experience have made her a key figure in the management and development of talent within the company.
